Volunteer Resources at Swedish Hospital
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Swedish Hospital. Volunteers are an integral part of our Hospital. We are especially proud of our program and all the volunteers who passionately give back to our community. Our volunteers have an opportunity to make a positive contribution to patients, families, employees and our neighbors in the surrounding community. We offer a variety of roles and do our best to match your interests with our needs,
The mainstays of our Volunteer Program are volunteers that can regularly commit to 4 or more hours a week. This commitment allows us to place them with one department where they can make an ongoing contribution and develop a rapport with other hospital volunteers and employees. We ask for a minimum commitment of 100 hours to be done in weekly 4 - hour shifts, or 2, 2 - hour shifts.
Due to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, volunteer opportunities may be limited

Once you submit your application, we will review it and see if your interests and availability match a current opening and need. As much as we would like to accommodate all applicants, we are not able to accept everyone.
