Erie Foster Avenue Health Center on Swedish Hospital’s campus provides expanded health services and high-quality, low-cost medical care for members of our community. The center is located on the seventh floor of the Foster Medical Pavilion, at the intersection of California Avenue and Foster Avenue.
Erie Family Health Centers have been providing medical care for Chicago communities for more than 60 years. Erie currently operates 13 other locations throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. Erie Foster Avenue Health Center is the organization’s first center located on a hospital campus.
