Are you a pregnant or new parent? Our lives can be turned upside down with the arrival or anticipation of a new baby. We may even feel like we’ve lost touch with who we really are. Feelings of sadness, worry, or isolation can make coping even more challenging. You aren’t to blame and you can feel better! In this group, participants will learn about the baby blues, depression, and anxiety during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Practical skills for managing stress, asking for help, and adding in mood-boosting activities in one’s daily routine will be shared. Babies welcome!
