Are you a recent or expecting mother looking for a comfortable place to connect with other moms and gain support? Join us for our New Moms Group at Swedish Hospital!

Who Can Attend?

All are welcome at our free, weekly support group. Whether you delivered at Swedish Hospital or somewhere else (or recently adopted your baby), share your experiences with others in the community.

Who Leads the Group?

The group will be facilitated by Audra Stolz Masterton, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and will cover topics such as postpartum body changes, feeding challenges, exercising post-delivery, dealing with baby blues and more. Babies welcome!
