Join us during American Heart Month for a heart-healthy event in our Mayora Rosenberg Women’s Health Center

What to Expect

• In a 15-minute session, learn how to administer "hands-only" Bystander CPR and use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) from our Emergency Department Education Team. 
• Experience interactive demonstrations from Galter LifeCenter experts, including stress relieving hand massage, reflexology pressure point release and acupuncture mini-sessions.
• Taste wine, cheese and chocolate pairings.
• Wear red for a chance to win a raffle prize!
