A three part series for those that want to learn about basic nutrition, tips for meal planning, prepping and cooking.

Class 1: EXPLORE – this class focuses on exploring the basics of nutrition. You will learn about the different food groups, tips for meal planning, reading food labels and much more! Each person will go home with supplies to help them meal plan and prep at home!
Register for one, two or all three classes.

Class 2: ACT – based on the knowledge gained from class 1, participants will now get to take action and learn how to create and modify recipes, budget and gain tips for grocery shopping. Register for one, two or all three classes.

A three part series for those that want to learn about basic nutrition, tips for meal planning, prepping and cooking.

Class 3: TASTE – this class will give participants a chance to prepare and taste the recipes they decided from class 2. You will get hands on experience with prepping and cooking and each registered person will go home with ingredients for the recipe to prepare again at home. Supplies are limited.

 

EAT Series
This monthly series is for those that want to learn about basic nutrition, tips for meal planning, prepping and cooking.  EXPLORE class focuses on basics of nutrition. ACT class will be based on the knowledge gained from first class and the participants will get to take action, learn how to create and modify recipes, budget and gain tips for grocery shopping. TASTE class will give participants a chance to prepare and taste the recipes they decided from class 2. Register for one, two or all three classes in the series.
