EAT Series
This monthly series is for those that want to learn about basic nutrition, tips for meal planning, prepping and cooking. EXPLORE class focuses on basics of nutrition. ACT class will be based on the knowledge gained from first class and the participants will get to take action, learn how to create and modify recipes, budget and gain tips for grocery shopping. TASTE class will give participants a chance to prepare and taste the recipes they decided from class 2. Register for one, two or all three classes in the series.
