- A cancer care affiliation with Rush University Medical Center to allow the two cancer centers to work together seamlessly on several aspects of cancer care, including treatment recommendations and research efforts to improve the quality and convenience of cancer services for patients on Chicago’s north side.
- Erie Family Health Center in our Foster Medical Pavilion provides health services for those in need as an Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and serves as the clinical training site for Swedish Covenant Hospital's family medicine and internal medicine residency programs.
- Lutheran Social Services of Illinois provides mental health and substance abuse treatment via the Welcoming Center and Project Impact.
