Endeavor Health Medical Group is a not-for-profit faculty group practice comprised of 975 primary and specialty care physicians located in the northern suburbs and the north side of Chicago. Attending physicians are on faculty at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. A wholly owned subsidiary of NorthShore University HealthSystem, Endeavor Health Medical Group is physician governed and has grown significantly over the past decade.

Swedish Hospital
Swedish Hospital is an award-winning full-service 312-bed hospital that has been serving Chicago’s diverse north and northwest sides for more than 130 years. Swedish Hospital provides a full range of comprehensive health and wellness services including Chicago’s only certified medical fitness center, Galter LifeCenter. Located in one of the most diverse zip codes in America, multiculturalism is a key element woven across the Swedish Hospital fabric and contributes to its strong community outreach programs focus. The Swedish Hospital staff speaks more than 40 languages and more than 50% of Swedish Hospital employees live within a 5 mile radius of the hospital, contributing to the economic vitality of local neighborhoods.
Evanston Hospital
Evanston Hospital, opened in 1891, is a comprehensive acute-care facility and the nucleus of NorthShore University HealthSystem. Evanston Hospital serves as NorthShore’s tertiary care center offering a variety of medical and surgical specialty services and programs. Physicians work alongside leading researchers to translate the latest technology, treatment and research into improved patient care. As the regional center for high-risk obstetrics, the Infant Special Care Unit and the Women's Hospital offer a comfortable birthing environment where mothers and their babies have access to the latest technology and a highly trained staff. The hospital also is the premier Level I Trauma Center in the northern suburbs with a recently renovated and expanded Emergency Department. It also houses the Grainger Center for Simulation and Innovation, which provides nurses, physicians, residents, paramedics, firefighters and police with simulated clinical care, trauma and emergency preparedness training in a controlled environment.
Glenbrook Hospital
Glenbrook Hospital celebrated the 40th year of its opening in 2017 and is well known in the northern suburbs as a comprehensive medical center providing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, particularly focused on advanced ophthalmology and outpatient surgery and the specialized needs of geriatric patients. The hospital boasts a 25,000 square-foot Emergency Department featuring 30 private exam/treatment rooms. Glenbrook Hospital provides advanced medical and surgical care in a beautiful healing environment.
Highland Park Hospital
Celebrating its 100th year in 2018, Highland Park Hospital is home to the Women’s Hospital, providing the only dedicated Labor, Delivery and Post-Partum Unit in Lake County. The unit features state-of-the-art equipment, private rooms with spa amenities and a dedicated entrance and atrium lobby. The hospital is the site of the first open-heart surgery in Lake County and continues to provide a full range of cardiac diagnostic and interventional services. The hospital’s Emergency Department serves as the region's "pod" hospital for disaster-response activities across Lake County.
Northwest Community Hospital
Serving Chicago’s northwest suburbs since 1959, Northwest Community Hospital (NCH) is dedicated to providing outstanding care in the communities we call home. The hospital has 509 beds, including the South Pavilion with 200 private rooms and a 33-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit and seven outpatient rehabilitation centers. NCH houses a Level III NICU, Level II Trauma Center and a dedicated pediatric emergency department. The NCH campus also houses the Wellness Center, a premier health and fitness center and spa.
Skokie Hospital
Skokie Hospital was established in 1963 and has provided full-service high-quality healthcare for over five decades. Skokie Hospital was recently transformed to become the NorthShore Orthopaedic and Spine Institute specialty hospital, the only destination hospital in Illinois dedicated to orthopaedic and spine care. The facility is designed for both outpatient and inpatient procedures, including joint replacement, fracture care and complex spine surgeries. Skokie Hospital is also home to the multidisciplinary NorthShore Spine Center and anesthesia led multidisciplinary NorthShore Integrated Pain Center.
