Qualifications of the PGY1 Resident
- Resident must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program
- Residents must be licensed or be eligible for licensure in IL
- Residents shall participate in and obey the rules of the Residency Matching Program
Application to the SCH Residency Program
Submit the required information to PHORCAS by the deadline:
- A Letter of Intent including a statement of professional goals and reasons for pursuing a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
- Curriculum Vitae
- Three Letter of Recommendation Forms
- Official transcript from an accredited School/College of Pharmacy
