Everyone at the office at the Clark makes me feel heard, valued, and cared for. I have had recent health concerns that I dont think would have been addressed had Kristin not asked the right questions and recommended the right follow ups. Beyond their attentive care and making me feel safe, everyone in the office is incredibly kind and talks to me like a human. Asking about personal experiences and updates outside of the visit makes me feel valued and seen.This team has restored my faith in healthcare. I could not imagine seeing another provider.

Dr. Shannon is good but she should do a better job of referring me for bowel incontinence issues. Like she could refer me to Northwestern where they have innovative treatments. She said she is not a colorectal doctor which is true but she can refer me to one.
