After seeing her regularly for several yrs, I had not been to see her for 4+ yrs, so I had to wait a long time for an appt as a new patient (a policy that should be revisited). A friend asked why I didn't just go to another sleep neurologist, and I explained I didn't want to go to someone who might not be as caring & knowledgeable as she is.
