Dr Souza is such a kind sincere person. [...] loves her and wants to be a doctor like her

She was over 45 minutes late seeing him and her staff said she would only be 10-15 mins. Late and I had already shown up a little earlier as told. During the appointment, she was quite cold and strange throughout. However, she did give me the GI specialist that I requested for my son. I would never see this provider again and, luckily, she is not his regular PCP as I only went to her because his regular PCP is currently on maternity leave.

At the end of the medical appointment, they must explain the steps to follow; That is to say, how did he go, what is his turn, when is his next appointment etc.:: I had to ask myself outside about all that and I still did not understand very well about the vaccines and the school annual report!! As it is a first time appointment they must be more specific since the system and the modality are not known to all of us!! Thank you

It's all very good, the only thing is that sometimes when I try to call to make my children's appointment, sometimes it's hard for me to be spoken to in Spanish, but everything is very good and very friendly

I did not like the way she responded my concerns. Even though she tried to be polite, at one point she got sarcastic when I asked if she could give my son prednisone as he had been having cough on and off for the last 3 weeks and nobody has given him anything to calm his airways inflammation. And she responded "Im the physician and I know what I'm doing", yes she might have a license but she needs to have more empathy for mothers that struggle with their kids medical problems. My son has history of allergic rhinitis, he has been on a nebulizer using only saline solution to clear his phlegm, he uses Flonase, and he takes singular. Not sure why she wasn't able to help my son? But I'm definitely not take my son with her again or recommend In any way to anybody!

She was very patient and helpful giving us time to ask all the questions new first time parents have, it was greatly appreciated.

We love Dr. Souza! She's super knowledgeable and kind, and great with our kids! I struggle with the communication system though. [...].
