Good job keep it up

I did not like the way she responded my concerns. Even though she tried to be polite, at one point she got sarcastic when I asked if she could give my son prednisone as he had been having cough on and off for the last 3 weeks and nobody has given him anything to calm his airways inflammation. And she responded "Im the physician and I know what I'm doing", yes she might have a license but she needs to have more empathy for mothers that struggle with their kids medical problems. My son has history of allergic rhinitis, he has been on a nebulizer using only saline solution to clear his phlegm, he uses Flonase, and he takes singular. Not sure why she wasn't able to help my son? But I'm definitely not take my son with her again or recommend In any way to anybody!

Dr. Souza was very friendly, warm and pleasant. But I wish she spent more time explaining and asking me if I have any more questions. I thought she was going to come back and explain more but she did not. It was her assistant that has to address my follow up questions.
