Pleasant. My experience was OK. Was happy to get some useful pills. Would have appreciated an explanation why I couldn't be referred to my choice of a pain management provider. The follow-up Instructions were for sports medicine doctors, orthopedists, for my hip issues, which were not covered In my visit with the doctor and which are not my concern at this time. I'm eighty-four years old, and have neuropathic pain from my knees to my toes which keeps me up at night.
