As a first time patient I was greeted by name and with a smile by [...]. Who then showed me to my exam room and even offered me some water while I waited. I was then greeted by [...] who was very kind and informative of what was to come in my conversation with Dr Shao. Dr Shao then took the time to both examine and explain step by step everything that is going on with my legs and my medical condition as well as all positive treatments. I would recommend this provider and office to any friends and family because of the kindness and care that was shown to me during my visit.
