We publish our quality statistics according to reports from the US HHS etc. These statistics serve as a benchmark on how we compare with other hospitals nationwide and in Illinois, and will help you understand which hospitals are rated as having the best quality practices.

Interpreters
In order to best understand the terms of your health care, we have four interpreters who work daily to provide you medical interpretive services. Our Korean, Russian and Spanish interpreters are available Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm.
We also have sign language and over-the-telephone translation of over 150 languages for you to use at any time. You may request this free service at any time by asking your care provider or calling (773) 878-8200, ext. 1700.
Health Resource Center
You can visit our informational centers around the hospital, which are stocked with educational materials, at any time. We are also continually increasing our resources in other languages, so you can access these materials regardless of your background.
