Staff Sensitivity to Differences Among People

We view cultural diversity as a unique opportunity to understand and learn more about our world.

In celebration of your diversity and diversity of our staff, we celebrated the first Cultural Diversity Day at Swedish Covenant Hospital in the spring of 2006. Enjoying ethnic food, music, live dance and musical performance, hundreds of our employees used this experience to familiarize themselves with the uniqueness of your culture.
