If you are scheduling an annual mammogram for preventive screening and:

Your primary care doctor IS a part of Endeavor Health Medical Group or Endeavor Health Medical Group, you DO NOT need a doctor's order.
Your primary care doctor IS NOT a part of Endeavor Health Medical Group or Endeavor Health Medical Group, you DO need a doctor's order before scheduling a mammogram.

All diagnostic mammograms, regardless of your doctor's affiliation, require a doctor's order.
