The Swedish Covenant Hospital's HouseCalls program is now under the Division of Nursing with Bronwyn Burkhart-Delles, RN as Clinical Manager for the program.

Swedish Covenant Hospital's HouseCalls hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our 24-hour phone number is 773-989-1695.

There is a Nurse Practitioner on call after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends and holidays.

The HouseCalls service area is bordered by North Ave (1600 N) and Dempster (8800 N) and by the lakefront (East boundary) and Cumberland (8400W)
