Staying Fit with Man's Best Friend

You may have heard that it’s best to work out with a partner - so why not with one of your closest pals: your pooch! Learn fun ways to boost your fitness level and improve your dog’s overall health in this interactive workshop. Topics will include cardio fitness for you and your dog, games and activity ideas, workout safety, stretching and more. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. This program is facilitated by Tamme Quintero, certified personal fitness trainer at Galter LifeCenter.

NOTE: This is a three-week session on Saturday mornings-October 2, 9 and 16 from 9:30-10:30 am. $10 total for all three sessions, $5 drop in fee for single sessions.
