How can you skip the meat and still get enough iron and protein in your diet? Syeda Farid, a registered dietitian with Swedish Covenant Hospital, and Chef Fresh, Peterson Garden Project's resident chef, will share their recommendations for getting your protein from the produce section. Recipes and samples will be provided. This class is designed for individuals aged 55 and up, but all are welcome. Registration fee will be donated to Peterson Garden Project
