I started as a Level 2 (Resource Nurse) and became a Level 3 (Charge @ 4E from Med-Surg/Diabetes Specialty unit).

Are you a member of a Division of Nursing Team (i.e. Heart Connection, Trans4mers, Transitional Turtles, Team Spirit, The Outsiders or Team Vida
Transitional Turtles. My experience has led to positive outcomes with a restraint-free culture. We work toward fall prevention and promote Ortho excellence.
For Fun
Are you involved in any employee extra-curricular activities (i.e. Intramural sports, Cultural Diversity Days, Meditation, Galter LifeCenter etc.)?
I participated in the Ortho Program, selling/developing Ortho Care Track. I also participate in community service for teaching/screening to promote health awareness.
